Emerson has announced the release of two new-to-the-world technologies for the Crosby™ J-Series pressure relief valve (PRV) product line. The first is a Balanced Diaphragm, which eliminates the need for bellows in PRVs, while providing balanced operation against backpressure to lower cost of ownership and enhance performance. The second technology is Bellows Leak Detection, enabling remote detection of bellows ruptures in PRVs, with the capability to reduce and accurately calculate volumetric emissions in real-time.

The new RobotStudio Cloud enables individuals and teams to collaborate in real-time on robot cell designs from anywhere in the world, on any device. New features such as automatic version control increase transparency and productivity across teams.
With AutomationWare’s Mech Series E-actuators, engineers can obtain accurate, controllable movement for almost any performance and size requirement. The series features an advanced ball screw transmission system to handle a wide range of dynamic loads and speeds with exceptional thrust performance. The units come with integrated brushless or high-speed stepper motors and an integrated feedback encoder. In addition, the Mech Series delivers positioning accuracy to ±0.01 millimeter. Users can reduce space and cost by coupling the motors to the gearboxes or specify a sensorless version that uses motor control criteria to detect the correct position.

The new SEW-EURODRIVE Screw Conveyor Drive is ready to be put to work! SEW's re-design screw conveyor now boasts a 50% higher axial load capacity, labyrinth sealing technology, and design features for ease of maintenance. Using the SEW shaft removal tool, even the most stubborn shaft can be removed with little effort. Gear unit and seal maintenance is steamlined, as the sealed CEMA flange takes the screw load while the gear unit is removed, minimizing the need for trough access and screw removal.
The Cable Entry Systems from Panduit offer a safe, organized method to transition both terminated and unterminated cables through enclosures and electrical equipment, providing strain relief while maintaining IP/NEMA ingress sealing ratings. These Cable Entry Systems offer the lowest total installed cost compared to traditional cable glands or cord grips, simplifying the installation and managing numerous cables in a very dense space.
Emerson has launched a pressure-reducing regulator specially designed for use onboard commercial hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The dual stage and patented active seal design of the TESCOM™ HV-3500 Hydrogen Onboard Regulator delivers steady pressure and constant hydrogen fuel supply to fuel cells in the full range of vehicle operating conditions, including acceleration, deceleration, stopping and idling. Stable pressure aids in extending fuel cell life and maximizing fuel usage.
Featuring built-in hardware security, the Cosy+ range allows users to access PLC-based machines securely from anywhere, and do commissioning, troubleshooting and programming online. With the new Cosy+ Wireless version, users can connect to their machines via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or cellular link depending on the industrial situation, enabling effective and sustainable support of machines by using secure remote access.
