With the servo amplifiers PMC SC6 and PMC SI6 you benefit from flexible, combinable drive controllers in a compact design. For six axes in the control cabinet you need an overall width of just 180 mm! Fast commissioning of the PMC SI6 and PMC SC6 is achieved by means of the electronic motor nameplate, which provides all mechanically and electronically relevant motor data in digital form – easily and with safe parameter settings.
Baldor-Reliance industrial electric motors are available for most general purpose applications and processes. However, some AC Variable Speed applications require high performance capabilities including constant torque down to zero speed, wide constant horsepower range, high response applications that require low inertia rotors, or high speed capabilities.
The FHA-C mini Series is a family of extremely compact actuators that deliver high torque with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. As part of the FHA-C mini family, an integrated servo drive version utilizing CANopen® communication is now available. This evolutionary product eliminates the need for an external drive and greatly improves writing while retaining high-positional accuracy and torsional stiffness in a compact housing. This new mini actuator product is ideal for use in robotics.
Highly dynamic, high-precision and high-performance drives are essential wherever heavy external loads need to be moved quickly and positioned exactly. CM3C synchronous servomotors combine precisely these features and are also exceptionally compact and space-saving.
A Decentralized solution brings independence for all applications. The MW500 covers power levels from 1.1 to 7.5 kW (1.5 to 10 HP). It is an inverter with IP66 rating and special mounting characteristics for environments that require high degree of protection.

Put to the Ultimate Test – Part 1: Torsion Tests by HELUKABEL
Cables and wires in industrial robots and other moving machine parts are often required to withstand extreme stresses caused by torsion. Constant repetitive movements put materials under considerable strain. At the same time, operators expect components to function perfectly and reliably throughout their entire service life to avoid disruptions, outages and safety hazards.
For this reason, at HELUKABEL, we simulate intensive and continuous torsion stresses under realistic conditions with our high-tech testing equipment in Windsbach. We have several types of apparatus for doing this because some of our customers, for example those in the automotive industry, have very precise specifications for how a torsion test is carried out. The tests show that our cables and wires withstand speeds up to 1,000°/s, accelerations up to 2,000°/s² and torsion angles up to 720°. Hence, we make sure that each product always meets our customers’ high standards, and that they receive the impeccable quality they rightly expect from us as a leading supplier of cables, wires and accessories for more than 40 years.
